Although it's not as hectic and crazy with the swarm of buyers on the market, the fall season brings out the most serious of lookers. They are the pool of buyers that waited out the summer frenzy to find their perfect home in the fall, and you don't want to miss these buyers! They are ready to make a move, today! And selling in a slower period does not equate to less money. That's a misconception that home owners have based on untrue data that floats around. With the right agent, and your home being priced correctly, you can get a great deal selling your home during the fall season. And might actually prefer it. 1. Serious Buyers - Let's be honest, if buyers are out during the busy season, looking for homes, they are serious and ready to buy. 2016 Personal Review


I have always been a little outside the box on many things. I have been a huge believer in reaching for the stars. Whatever you put your mind too you can accomplish. Setting goals and taking challenges that, at the time, seem impossible. One thing I have learned from the last couple years, when I decided to take a leap of faith and jump into Real Estate was, setting goals was going to be essential for my personal and business growth for keeping myself on track and reliable! I have been so thrilled and amazed to say that, with a lot of focus, determination, dedication, and persistence I have reached my goals every year! I won’t say there are never hard times and road blocks that get in the way, but those are the obstacles that only help you in the future by embracing each situation and growing and learning something from each of those road blocks. Trust in the Lord, he will not give you anything you cannot handle. Life is all about Personal growth. To keep learning about yourself and what makes you happy, striving to be the best possible version of yourself, and being Thankful and Grateful for the life you have been given.
